LinkedSeeds, a frontrunner in personalized talent acquisition, was founded to address the inefficiencies in traditional recruitment methods. With a focus on SME companies, we have revolutionized the way businesses connect with A-Player talent.
Our Story
LinkedSeeds was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Daphne Tuijn. Having run a data analytics company and experiencing the challenges of transitioning to a SAAS business model, Daphne found it increasingly difficult to find the right talent. Disappointed by recruitment agencies, both in terms of quality and exorbitant fees, she turned her passion for data and tech savviness towards maximizing LinkedIn’s outreach potential. Initially used for B2B lead generation, she soon realized its effectiveness in finding A-Players. After successfully implementing this strategy in her own business, Daphne was approached by a tech entrepreneur struggling to find several senior data analysts. This led to the introduction of the LinkedIn Takeover method at LinkedSeeds, quickly earning the nickname “The Happy Recruitment Machine” for its effectiveness and cost savings, including saving €90K in recruitment fees for one client.
